2010 OVSC Summit

Every year your Ohio Valley Ski Council gets together in the Spring. This is the time to meet the various vendors that the OVSC uses to visit the wonderful places that we all get the opportunity to go. This year the OVSC Summit is hosted by the Dayton Ski Club. The event will be at the Dayton Marriott. Check out the website for further information – http://www.daytonski.org/2010_OVSC_Summit.asp . Dates: June 4-6, 2010.

Friday morning there’s golf (for those who like to hit that little white ball all over the place). Friday night there is a happy hour welcome party, then a Pub Crawl (hmmm – drinking…we like to do that, especially when they have a shuttle for us). Saturday morning, the options are a Historic Bike Ride (wearing those tight bike shorts are optional) or the USAF Museum Tour (a little air force culture is good for everyone). Then onto the Ski and Board Trade Show in the afternoon – where there will be lots of give-aways. Saturday evening there is a cocktail hour, dinner, the Western Trip Presentation and a dance (shake your bootie).

On Sunday, the BIG DRAW for attending are the FREE trips that are given away as Door Prizes! This happens at the Breakfast and at the General Meeting.

The OVSC Summit is open to everyone. If you would like to join us in Dayton, please go to the Dayton website, fill out the registration form (with fee), and make your hotel reservations. Please note the Group Code to use for your hotel – OVKOVKA. Hope to see some of you there!

OVSC 2010 Summit (June 4 - 6 2010 hosted by Dayton) information is now available on the Dayton site. Registration, hotel, pricing, et cetera, et cetera, is all there. Check back here soon for additional updates.

Registration Deadline to register is May 28. Please note: advanced registration only, no 'at-the-door' registrations will be accepted.

Complete the online registration form Total your registration fee plus your event fees and make check payable to "OVSC".

Mail your check and a copy of your registration email confirmation (or online confirmation page) by May 10 to:
