Perfect North Passes
The ski club skis on Thursday nights at Perfect North. We meet in the east lodge (the area under the Loft Shop). Most people get there between 6 and 7pm. Some people take lessons in January, others join the Adult Race League (see racing page for more info), while others just come out to ski. While Thursdays is our designated day, some people ski other days/nights of the week and some ski on weekends.
The club gets a discount over Perfect's current advertised prices. The discount is good until Nov 22. After Nov 22, you can still get a discount over Perfect's regular prices but it is not as good as the discount prior to Nov 22. Tom Berning will be selling passes from the Oct 14 meeting through the Nov 11 meeting or you can purchase passes online from Perfect North. To purchase online, go to www.perfectnorth.com, click on club login in the upper right corner. Click the letter "C" then click on "Cincinnati ski club". The club name should be cinti ski and the password is catwalk. You can also upload a recent photo of you under the Guest Lookup.
New this year to celebrate Perfect North's 30th anniversary, they are offering what they call an all area ticket. The ticket you get with your pass will be good as both a lift ticket and snow tubing ticket. The snow tubing hill will be open earlier during the week at 1pm.
Here are the pass packages.
Lesson Program
This is a 4 week lesson package. You get 4 lift tickets and 4 one hour lessons on the 4 Thursdays in January. New this year, you can choose what day/night you want to take lessons when you purchase your pass if you don't want Thursdays. Any weekday but Friday is available. First time skier lessons start hourly between 4 and 6pm, beginner/intermediate and advanced lessons start at 1pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm. They ask that you stay with the same time and instructor you start with for the first week. Once you complete 2 lessons, a credit will be added to your pass for an extra lift ticket. There will be an opportunity to make up a missed lesson. The lesson program is $90 for all ages. Rentals can be added to this program for just $46. If you qualify for the additional lift ticket it will include rentals if you added rentals to your pass. You must make sure you get your lift ticket scanned in the lesson area before you take your lesson to get credit for your lesson towards the extra lift ticket.
Perfect Season Pass
This pass allows you to ski/ride/tube anytime during the season. You wear this pass around your neck so there is no hassle of going to the ticket window. The season pass is $360 for ages 13-59 and $267 for ages 7-12/60+. You can add rentals for $125 and the 4 weeks of lessons for $40.
Gold Flex Card
This pass is similar to the season pass where you get one 8 hour lift ticket for skiing/riding/tubing every day Perfect is open. You must visit the ticket window each time to get an all area ticket. The Gold flex card is $308 for ages 13-59 and $228 for ages 7-12/60+. You can add rentals for $125 and the 4 weeks of lessons for $40.
Gold Lite Flex Card
This pass gives you one 8 hour all area ticket each day Monday through Thursday and after 5:30pm on Sundays. You must visit the ticket window each time to get an all area ticket. The Gold Lite Flex card is $255 for ages 13-59 and $189 for ages 7-12/60+. You can add rentals for $125 and the 4 weeks of lessons for $40.
Silver Flex Card
This pass gives you one 8 hour all area ticket per week good Monday through Sunday. They consider each week to start on Monday. You must visit the ticket window each time to get an all area ticket. The Silver Flex Card is $203 for ages 13-59 and $150 for ages 7-12/60+. You can add rentals for $100 and the 4 weeks of lessons for $40.
Bronze Flex Card
This pass gives you one 8 hour all area ticket per week good Monday through Thursday and after 5:30pm on Sunday. They consider each week to start on Monday. You must visit the ticket window each time to get an all area ticket. The Bronze Flex Card is $150 for ages 13-59 and $111 for ages 7-12/60+. You can add rentals for $100 and the 4 weeks of lessons for $40.
Tubing Cards
They also offer passes for just snow tubing. The Gold Tubing card is their full season pass for tubing. Unlimited hours all season. The cost is $120 for ages 13-59 and $100 for ages 7-12/60+. They have a Gold Lite tubing card that is good Monday through Thursday and after 5:30pm on Sundays for $60 for ages 13-59 and $50 for ages 7-12/60+.
Debit Card
When purchasing passes you can get a discount on their debit card. This makes it much easier than carrying cash at the slopes. When you purchase your pass you can add a debit card to the order. When you purchase $35 on the debit card, you will get $40 on the card. If you purchase $50 on the card, you get $60 on the card. If you purchase $80 on the card, you get $100 on the card. Cards can only be used after December 1. Any remaining balances on the cards will be charged $10 maintenance fee to roll over to the next season. These debit cards can be used for lift tickets, food, merchandise, ski repairs and tubing.

Perfect North is holding two parties for pass holders to celebrate their 30th anniversary. Perfect North Season Pass holders for 2009-2010 season's party is Thursday night November 5th. All other pass holders party is Friday night November 6th. You must have your pass purchased before the party to be allowed in. See Perfect's website for more details.
